Refunds and course access
Effective date: August 9, 2026.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase when less than 20% of the course has been completed. Approved refunds end course access. Requests must be sent to waterhammertraining@gmail.com. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Course access is nonrenewing and ends six months after purchase. There is no recurring charge.
